Millennium Companies works closely with Municipalities and Private Owners of daily fee golf courses throughout the US who are interested in exploring alternative uses for their land. What makes Millennium Companies unique is that unlike traditional developers whose solutions are often finite, rigid and one dimensional, our solutions are creative, flexible, cater to the needs and desires of each individual community we work in, and first and foremost, include keeping golf. Once this objective is accomplished, we then introduce other supporting uses such as live, work, residential and neighborhood retail, revitalizing the community and creating a hub for families and professionals to enjoy year-round.
Our golf course designs are more exciting, entertaining, take less time to play and are more inclusive than a traditional golf experience. Because our style of golf course requires less acreage, we are typically able to enhance the community by carving out space for new park areas as well. Park areas that include amenities such as walking trails, play areas and fishing gazebos next to existing lakes.
