Bob is a seasoned business executive with 25 years of experience at successfully growing companies. Since its inception, Bob has been the visionary for pioneering creative ways to incorporate a blend of new mixed uses (retail, restaurant, entertainment, housing and a new form of golf) that today are the foundation for Millennium Companies’ Urban Golf Village Concepts. It is this innovative approach that revitalizes surrounding neighborhoods and creates a hub for families and professionals to work, live and play year-round. Bob is considered an industry thought leader on why the game of golf is evolving, how it is going to change and the impact Millennial and Gen Z generations will have on the sport going forward. Over the years, Bob has advised real estate development companies on building meaningful brands and user experiences that focus on the Millennial and Gen Z generations.
Prior to Millennium Companies, Bob co-founded Tallwave and Tallwave Capital. Tallwave is a full-service digital innovation agency that works closely with startups, growth companies, and larger enterprises. Tallwave Capital invests in B2B digital technology companies across the US. Bob also played a vital role in his family’s business, Naumann/Hobbs Material Handling, helping grow the company to more than 400 associates and revenues exceeding $100 million. Bob was responsible for real estate, business development, branding, sales and marketing, advertising, public relations and customer service training.
Taber is a real estate visionary with a well-earned reputation for ambitious innovation. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Taber’s holistic approach to luxury development has allowed him to successfully create and nurture luxury destinations and living experiences that offer true enrichment for residents. Taber’s diverse industry experience includes successes related to acquisition, finance, entitlements, mixed-use resorts and master-planned residential communities. His expertise lies with real estate investment, infrastructure development, planning and construction of community amenities, and custom and production home building.
Taber’s impressive professional portfolio includes the development of award-winning master-planned communities in Arizona, New Mexico, Hawaii and Scotland. He has accrued intimate knowledge of and appreciation for the elements involved in luxury development over the years, particularly while managing the growth of the $330 million Montelucia Resort, Spa and Villas in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
In addition to serving as Land Use Advisor for Millennium Companies, Jason Morris is a founding partner of Withey Morris, PLC. Experienced and effective, his dynamic presentations at public hearings on behalf of his clients prove that an attorney can be both personable and tenacious. While attending the University Of Arizona College Of Law, Jason was the Managing Editor of the Arizona Law Journal of International & Comparative Law. Jason also spent time as a congressional staff member in Washington, D.C. Throughout his career, his practice has been exclusively in land use, planning, zoning, and administrative law. His experience in the field includes all levels of entitlement throughout the state. In addition, he is a frequent guest lecturer and expert participating in industry roundtables, media appearances and academic panels. His expertise has been critical to state legislative efforts surrounding land use over the past two decades and his cases include many of the area’s most significant and notable developments. His client list includes several national homebuilders, master plan developers, commercial-industrial land owners, national retailers, and Fortune 100 companies. Jason spends significant time giving back to the community by way of his involvement as State President of the Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs as well as serving as the Mayor’s representative to the City of Phoenix Infill Advisory Board, and the Chairman’s appointment to the Maricopa County Board of Adjustment.
Benjamin Tate is an experienced land use and zoning attorney who in addition to serving as Land Entitlements Advisor for Millennium Companies, is an attorney with the Arizona law firm Withey Morris, PLC. Ben is a second-generation Phoenix native with deep roots in the Valley and a passion for development. As a former litigator, Ben brings to the table his formidable skill set as an advocate, with a tenacity for getting results. In his practice Ben utilizes his considerable experience in politics on the local, state, and national level to successfully navigate complex political and bureaucratic landscapes. A problem-solver by nature, Ben employs a collaborative approach to develop creative solutions to novel and complex problems. His in-depth knowledge of the Valley’s history, its neighborhoods, and its politics give him a unique perspective and understanding of land use issues that few young attorneys possess. Ben is a 2012 graduate of the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, a die-hard Wildcats fan, and the proud father of his daughter, Olivia, born in 2016. He is an avid weightlifter, swimmer, cyclist, and outdoorsman – most recently completing a four-day trek through the backcountry of Denali National Park with his brother, Luke. Ben is also actively involved in his local community, serving as a member of the Advisory Board for the Legacy Foundation Christown YMCA
As Director of Capital Markets, Bryce is responsible for managing investor relations, which includes sourcing and deploying capital for Millennium Companies real estate developments. He has extensive experience in managing both debt and equity structured acquisitions for private and institutional capital groups across the US. Bryce also facilitates and manages strategic partnerships between Millennium Companies and members of the PGA Tour.
Prior to joining Millennium Companies, Bryce played professional golf from 2001-2017, with 11 of those years on the PGA Tour. Bryce had 1 PGA Tour victory at the Fry’s.com Open in 2011. Mr. Molder graduated from Georgia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. During his college years, Bryce was a member of the golf team and became only the 2nd Georgia Tech golfer to earn Academic All-America honors. Bryce also earned 4 First-Team All-America honors; and most notably was a two-time NCAA National Player of the Year.

In addition to serving as the lead Concept Architect for Millennium Companies, Erik Peterson is also the Founder and President of PHX Architecture. He is licensed in Arizona, Idaho, Texas, Hawaii, Nevada and California. He also has attained his NCARB certification giving reciprocity for any state license.
Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Erik received his Bachelor of Architecture degree at Iowa State University in 1993. He completed his Master’s degree at Arizona State University in 1996. Erik was awarded the American Institute of Architects Young Gun Award and was recently named Master of the Southwest by Phoenix Home & Garden Magazine in 2014. He has been named Best Architect from AZ Foothills Magazine and No. 1 in the Phoenix Business Journal Book of Lists for Architecture Firms.
